Provider Search – Available NOW
We have recently added a Provider Search capability on the web portal for your clients to use. This is optional for you and there are no additional costs if you already own the web portal. If you want to begin using this feature you will have to let us know. Just send us an email and we can schedule the change.

Using the Provider Search, you can allow your clients to search your database of doctors by the following search criteria (only if you want them to). You have complete control over what your clients can see. They can also view provider related documents if you permit them to (i.e. CVs, fee schedules, etc.). Your clients can also do this from the referral form; while entering a new referral.
  • Provider Name
  • City
  • State
  • County
  • Specialty
  • Proximity in Miles/KM from a Zip Code
  • Provider Type
  • Specific Keywords
In the following example, I searched for Chiropractors. I could have limited the search by City, State, distance from a specific zip code, and several other limiting parameters.
